We have world class diving facilities and the only salt water pool on the island. Our beautiful oval-shape pool is 14 meters long and 11 meters wide, with 3 different levels. The shallow level is 1.4m which is perfect for you to get comfortable breathing under the water. The medium level is 2.4m where the majority of skills required for diving will be performed. The deepest level is 3.5m the perfect spot to practice your buoyancy

Our own boat is one of the biggest and most comfortable available in Koh Tao. The ground floor is for all your diving needs plus a bathroom and fresh shower. The top floor is where you can relax before and in between your dives with food and snacks provided. After your dive, have some fun and jump off the boat or just sit back, relax and enjoy the view of Koh Tao. 

Scuba Shack is a PADI 5 star dive center located on Koh Tao in the Gulf of Thailand. A beautiful tropical island surrounded by warm waters and amazing coral reefs. Whether you are a certified diver or would like to learn to dive we can help. With over 20 dive sites, ranging from shallow bays to deeper off shore sites we have something for everyone. We keep group sizes small with a maximum of 4 people per instructor or dive master and leave early in the mornings to avoid the crowds guaranteeing you are the only divers on the site. Nick & Michael opened Chaloklum Diving in 1995 after falling in love with Koh Phangan & the beautiful seas around it. We started off as a 2 man operation, diving off a rather quieter, more peaceful island from the beach or by longtail boat. Although we have grown since then we we still believe in personal, professional diving.
We have been PADI instructors for 25+ years and our motivation is still a passion for diving & teaching it to others. The Chaloklum Diving team is mainly made up of professionals trained by us, but everyone shares our belief in quality diving.
We have been awarded the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence for the last 7 years & we are a fully insured & licensed TAT (Tourist Authority of Thailand) operation. We are affiliated to the SSS Recompression Network (with excellent hyperbaric facilities on nearby Koh Samui), our team are all first aid/O2 trained & we are sponsors of DAN (Divers Alert Network) Asia Pacific.
