Eco-friendly diving day trips in Khao Lak

Wetone Divers "goes green"! We have expanded our dive center in Khao Lak to include an ecological area.

Here you can find, beach towels and bags made of cotton, bamboo straws, reusable thermo drinking bottles and drinking containers made of stainless steel - as which are also used on our boat - as well as other eco-friendly products.

Our boat, the "Blue Marlin", is equipped with a stainless steel drinking water dispenser, and we provide you with thermo drinking bottles that you can refill at any time. Furthermore, our engines are operated with synthetic oil, which significantly extends the oil change interval.

We have also done our best to protect the environment using what is known as a hard antifouling paint (copper coat) on our boat, which increases the service life of the coating up to 10 years and does not release any environmentally harmful biocides into the ocean, as is the case of conventional anti-fouling paints.

We are constantly striving to be as environmentally friendly as possible with further innovations!

Nick & Michael opened Chaloklum Diving in 1995 after falling in love with Koh Phangan & the beautiful seas around it. Big Bubble Diving Resort is a one-stop service with a Dive center, Bungalow, a Bar and Restaurant. Our shop have a lovely atmosphere with a beautiful surrounding. Big Bubble is located right next to the beach with a breath taking sunset in the evening for you to relax after your dive. 

Dive Potato was founded in 2015 by esteem instructors who has been teaching more than 10 years and a group of like minded scuba diving friend. We would like to create diving community which has well educated, fun. and so we can inspired new generation.

Belgium's BB divers operates diving schools on Koh Chang and Koh Kood, Thailand.

BBdivers is a five star PADI IDC center offering fun diving, PADI courses, freediving and snorkeling activities on the local pristine reefs and around Koh Rang the National Park.

In recent years, the dive shop has focused on pro training, while maintaining a fun, cozy atmosphere and focus on quality. Thailand is renowned for its friendly hospitality, which at BB Divers is combined with western efficiency to provide a truly unique experience.

There is a strong conservation focus at BB Divers and the instructors and divemasters have been trained in the Ocean Quest process - Coral Propagation Course - and are actively involved in reef restoration projects on Koh Chang, Koh Kood and Koh Mak.

Our Dive Center

At our beautiful dive center, we have our own swimming pool, 3 classrooms, a luggage storage room, 4 bathrooms and 2 showers, a security safe, a large equipment storage area, the retail area, an equipment washing & drying area, 2 compressors, a workshop. And, most importantly, plenty of s.p.a.c.e. for you, our customers! 

Our dive center is as unique in design as we are in personality!

In our retail section you can buy insulated stainless steel water bottles, canvas bags, bamboo toothbrushes, travel towels, t-shirts, keyrings, mask antifog, plus a range of diving equipment and accessories.

Enjoy the free wifi, refill your water bottle, help yourself to tea and coffee, charge your phone or laptop at our charging station or just relax on a bean bag in our Chill Zone.

Our trips

As the very first dive center in Khao Lak, the first to run liveaboard trips to the Similan Islands and with nearly 30 years of experience, we are the experts! 

We run local day trips to the house reef, Khao Na Yak, to the Artificial Reef and to the local Bangsak Wreck. On request we also go to the nearby Thai Muang/Premchai Wreck or the deeper Sea Chart Wreck. 

We work closely with several trusted local dive centers to provide day trips to the Similan and Surin National Marine Parks, for both divers and snorkelers.

We also own and operate our own liveaboard boat, the MV Andaman, which runs 3-day and 4-day trips. You can do two trips back-to-back to make a 7-day trip. For real scuba addicts, you can do three trips back-to-back for an incredible 11-day adventure! Divers, snorkelers and freedivers are all welcome.

Our PADI courses

We run all PADI courses from beginner to pro. Start your diving with Discover Scuba Diving or Open Water Diver. Continue your education with Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver or Specialties. Become a professional Divemaster with our 6-week intensive training programme. We also run Instructor Development Courses. Whatever you level, we have a course for you.

Castaway Divers is located on Sunrise Beach At Castaway resort.  This Resort based dive center is open to divers all over Koh Lipe, you do not need to stay with us to dive with us.

We are a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort and offer course's from Open water up to Divemaster, also some specialties are available. 

Not sure if you want to take a course then start your diving adventure with a Discover Scuba Diving experience. We limit our numbers to 2 participant's per instructor for more enjoyment and safety. 

Fun dives for those already certified divers are available everyday.
