Your Full Service Padi 5 Star Facility

Located in the west end of Ottawa, Kanata Diving Supply is a PADI 5 Star IDC (Instructor Development Center).  We are the largest and longest serving diving facility in the capital region.  After joining PADI on April 26, 1989 we became a 5 Star IDC facility on March 7, 1996.  Furthermore, we are committed to providing the highest level of instruction and top quality scuba gear at reasonable prices. 

• MDC is a PADI 5 Star Dive Training Centre and PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre located in Markham. The closest major intersection is Highway 404 and Steeles Ave. The centre is easily accessible either by car or public transit.
• We offer flexible hours based on your needs for in-class study or enrol in eLearning to remove all time constraints
• In-water training is on Saturday.
• Certification dives can be completed in 1 weekend. 
• Rental diving equipment for OW students is available at no additional charge.
• Student divers are responsible for their own mask/fins/snorkel/boots
• Instructors are extremely experience
• Student divers can benefit from our low instructor-students ratio.

The Toronto Scuba Centre is the only full-service training and retail store located in downtown Toronto. TSC is a 5 Star PADI dive facility and organization dedicated to the very highest level of scuba diving instruction using the PADI format. Successful completion of a course through the Toronto Scuba Centre results in a PADI certification card in that course.

Toronto Scuba Centre regularly organizes international dive trips through its sister company ScubaGetaway. ScubaGetaway is a TICO registered travel company and agency. Our regular downtown pool is located at the Jimmie Simpson Recreation Centre in beautiful Leslieville, only 1km from our retail centre and classroom. Both can be accessed from the 501 Queen streetcar route.

When you're ready to take the plunge, you'll do so in style at our Riverside Dive Resort located in the beautiful 1000 Islands, just 1 hour south of Ottawa. When you are looking for PADI Scuba Diving Certification - beginner lessons or advanced and specialties, our experienced instructors will ensure a pleasurable and exciting learning experience. Safety certifications from the Divers Alert Network (DAN) are also available.

A full service dive centre in the 1000 Islands with 5 charter boats covering world class ship wrecks in the Upper St Lawrence River and Picton, Lake Ontario. We also offer charters to the US wrecks between Fishers Landing and Chippewa Bay.

We can accommodate groups of divers from 2 to 20 offering 2 charters a day 7 days a week from April to December (weather permitting) If you are a single diver, let us know your availability and we can help find you a buddy.

We have two CSA approved air stations offering nitrox, trimix and high pressure oxygen fills as well as full equipment rentals.

Dive conditions vary with the summer months offering warm waters of up to 80 degrees with no thermocline in the river, spring and fall seasons can still be done in a 7mm wet suit.

For additional adventures, we also offer kayak, canoe, paddleboard and bicycle rentals

Dive training is available May through to September.

Divers Den is located in Little Tub Harbor Tobermory, ON and at the entrance to Fathom Five National Marine Park. We offer daily boat charters with our ten Transport Canada Certified Vessels to over 20 shipwrecks and geological sites, experienced instruction, and a full service dive shop.
